Handmade Details: As a premium brand, many of our items feature hand-finished details. Slight variations in stitching or fabric alignment are characteristics of craftsmanship, not defects.
2. Pricing & Payment
Final Price: The price displayed at checkout includes all applicable taxes. Shipping fees are calculated separately before payment confirmation.

3. Order Acceptance

Ready-to-Wear: Standard items (unused, unwashed, with tags) may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt.
Custom/Bespoke Items: Due to the personalized nature of made-to-measure garments, these items are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
